Duration of Module 5: 16 Minutes
Progress in Training Program: 5/8 Modules Complete
This module is focused on client activation & management. At the end of the module, you will be able to handle booking, client registration, and communication on the Profi platform.
In this module you'll learn:
How to activate and manage clients including:
First, let's learn how to schedule an individual or group session with a client so you can host your first service.
Schedule Individual or Group Session Tips:
While they can, clients do not need to register in Profi before they are offered a service. Some practitioners send a welcome email and clarify that clients will receive an invitation to a service or program through their coaching platform (Profi). Some clients link to include this video in their welcome email.
You can schedule weekly recurring group sessions, but clients still need to book each session individually.
Clients will only see group sessions in your booking widget when you set the date and time for them. Once the Group session template is created, you need to set the date, time, and recurrence of the event in the calendar.
A link to Liz's Booking Page is here.
Next, let's share a package or program with a client so they can begin to participate in these types of services.
Share a Package or Program Tip:
If a client does not show up on your list when selecting "Add Clients", navigate to the program or package that you would like to add them to. Then, select "Client", "Add Clients", type in your client's email address, and press the "Enter" key. Clients will be shown in the dropdown menu after they create a workspace in Profi.
Now that you know how to schedule individual and group sessions, let's explore how to cancel or reschedule them in Profi so you can make adjustments to services as needed.
Next, let's focus on your client list and notes so you can document important information that you or your team members may need to reference in the future.
Client List and Notes Tip:
Recordings from Profi video conferencing are available in "Private Notes". The recording expires after six months. Recordings from Zoom video conferencing do not expire (see image below).
Now that you are familiar with your "Client" tab, let's spend some time exploring how to register clients in your Profi workspace so you can easily communicate with them.
Register a Client Tips:

A template for the Import CSV tool is here. When using the CSV template, it's important to note that country calling code must be included. For example, the country calling code for the United States is 1. The format for a US number should be 1-XXX-XXXX.
Next, let's dive into secure messaging so you can chat with individual clients and groups of clients or share private notes and session recordings with clients.
Secure Messaging Tip:
A practitioner can access your group chat from the secure messaging menu.
Now, let's focus on using blogs and podcasts in the Profi platform to create and publish your own written, video, or podcast content that is tied to your booking widget and public page.
Blog Tips:
You can enter any word or phrase in the URL section. The word or phrase will be added to the end of the URL
If you publish a blog article and later decide that you would not like clients to see it, navigate back to the blog post and select "Save to Drafts". This will prevent the blog content from being shared with clients.
The ideal size for your blog cover photo is 1500x750 pixels.
Finally, let's walk through our video conferencing feature here.
