This module is focused on using forms to enhance your productivity and the client experience. At the end of the module, you will understand how to create forms for common use cases and will be able to automate pieces of your workflow using forms.

First, let's explore how to create and send forms in the Profi platform so you can intake new clients, evaluate existing clients, & check client progress.

Forms Tips:

  • When a team admin shares a form template with team members, it is similar to sharing a photocopy of the form in its current state. Once the form is shared, it can be edited by each team member to meet their needs and attached to various services.

  • To share form responses within a team, a practitioner can export the responses for each client and send them to the team admin. The team admin could also be added as a client to each practitioner's workspace. Then, the practitioner could share the form responses with the team admin via secure messaging in their workspace.
