Duration of Module 3: 26 Minutes
Progress in Training Program: 3/8 Modules Complete
This module is focused on service creation in your workspace. At the end of the module, you will understand the differences in the types of services and be able to create each type of service based on your desired client experience.
In this module you'll learn
How to create services including:
First, let's walk through the different types of service offerings on the Profi platform here.
Next, let's create an individual session together so you can host your first session with a client or add it to a package or program.
Individual Session Tips:
Each service can be set to “Public” or “Private”. Public services are available on the platform or through a practitioner's booking link. A prospective client must be invited or provided with the service URL to view and book a private service.
The recommended dimensions of a cover photo are 1200px x 400px. The writing on the session page is white, so it is helpful to use a dark-colored cover image.
Sessions can take place virtually, in person, or over the phone. You can use Profi's built-in web-based video conferencing tool or Zoom to execute virtual meetings.
A Practitioner can choose whether or not to enable clients to book sessions directly without their approval (auto-confirm feature).
A team admin can create team-level services. Then, they can add team members as hosts for the service. A host is a team member who can schedule and deliver a specific service to clients. A team admin can even add themselves as a host for the service.
Now that you have created your first individual session, let’s explore how to create a group session.

Next, let's create a package so you can allow clients to purchase a bundle of sessions or a subscription.
Package Tips:

Practitioners can allow installment payments. An installment payment and a one-time payment amount can be different.
A package also allows practitioners to use a subscription-based model. We recommend using Stripe to facilitate a subscription-based model.
Now, let's create a program so you can allow clients to purchase a variety of services & content.

Now that you have created your program, it's time to add learning modules so you can finalize the program.
Modules in a Program Tips:
Modules can be sent to clients at various times. The first module can be sent to clients right after a program starts, on a specific date, or after a specific number of days, weeks, or months from the program start date. Each module thereafter has the same options.
A module with follow-up questions is not available until a program starts. Once the program starts, follow-up questions are always available for clients after the completion of the previous module.
Finally, let's dig into some of the advanced formatting options within Profi services here.
